Agenda will open its doors once again to the public at Agenda Festival, June 28-29, 2019. This two-day event is best described as a curated mall of pop-up shops dropped in the middle of a music festival. The consumer day will feature live music, hundreds of pop-up shops, brand activations, art installations, panel discussions, and a curated food zone. It's going to be an immersive experience like no other.

What Is The Agenda Festival?

The Agenda Festival is a two day event best described as a curated mall of pop-up shops dropped into the middle of a music festival. As the only festival that combines action sports, fashion and music, the experience includes hundreds of brand activations from today’s most influential skate, surf, streetwear and lifestyle brands surrounded by live musical performances, limited edition product drops, art installations, panel discussions, skate contests, athlete/influencer meet & greets, locally curated food trucks and much more.

Over the past two years, each Agenda Festival has attracted over 10,000 fans and featured live performances by Tyler the Creator, A$AP Rocky, Brockhampton, Billie Eilish, Ludacris, Cam’ron, Lil Dicky and many other influencers from the worlds of music, action sports and entertainment.

Agenda attracts thousands of young men and women from Southern California and across the country who are eager to be inspired and discover their next obsession.

Is There Parking Available?

Parking is available at all convention center parking lots for $15 per car per entry. We highly recommend arriving a few hours early and/or traveling by Uber, Lyft, taxi, or other forms of public transportation.

Who Needs A Ticket?

All attendees six years old and older need a ticket for the agenda festival. Please be prepared to show proof of age on site. Please note that we recommend that all children under 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian, and require that all children under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian with them at all times while attending the festival.

Ticket Printing & Check In

You will be responsible for printing your own ticket(s) and/or showing your QR code(s) at the door in order to receive a show wristband. We will not be mailing out any wristbands, tickets or show credentials. Please arrive early because there may be long wait times to get through security. Pre-check will start at 10am.

What Is The Ticket Mailing Deadline?

Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be responsible for printing your own ticket(s) and/or showing your QR code(s) at the door in order to receive a show wristband.

What Is The Refund Policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed.

Do I Need To Bring Cash?

Cash is recommended for the pop-up shows, but most exhibitors will accept credit card and there are ATMs available onsite.

Security Requirements

Everyone Attending The Agenda Festival Is Advised To:

  • Keep personal property with you at all times and not leave any items unattended
  • Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or just out of place to festival staff, security, or crew
  • Remain patient and courteous with festival staff and security undertaking security checks. We have your best interests at heart and want to get you inside the building as quickly as possible
  • Follow the instructions of festival staff at all times
  • When leaving the agenda festival, please keep your badge as a souvenir or if you choose to dispose of it inside, then please do so inside the venue or when you've returned home. Do not sell your used wristband to scalpers who may be outside on the streets & please do not throw the band away in trash cans outside of the venue.
  • Carry a recognized form of photo id with you at all times

What If I Am Harassed?

Agenda has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, then agenda staff will take prompt action in any form that they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the event without a refund.

Our policy applies to everyone at the convention. Exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, press, staff, volunteers, professionals, and security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.

Can I Bring A Backpack?

Yes, but be advised that all bags and backpacks will be searched at the door.

  • Hoverboards or segways
  • No animals (only service animals with proper credentials are allowed)
  • We reserve the right to add items to this “prohibited” list at any time

Can I Take Photos Or Videos?

For the most part, you’re welcome to take still pictures and video at the agenda festival. Note that recording (including live-streaming apps) and flash photography are not permitted in panels, concerts or screenings. Please understand that guests may or may not pose for photographs with fans. Guests have a right to their privacy and if they ask not to have their picture taken, then please respect their wishes.

Will Guests Sign Autographs?

We are expecting several high-profile special guests at the agenda festival, but any interaction with fans is solely up to their discretion.

Will I Be On Camera?

We attract local, national and international press to the agenda festival. Please consider that when purchasing this badge and take into consideration that by being admitted to the event that the badge (wristband) holder, you, consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases agenda and reed exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits agenda and reed exhibitions and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of agenda and reed exhibitions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.

Please be aware that handcarts, trolleys, oversized strollers, rolling luggage and wheeled backpacks are not allowed in the exhibition hall unless purchased inside the show.
